Learning Systems and the Management of ChangeAbstractThis paper was first delivered at the Second Learning Company Conference in Warwick in March 1993. It outlines the theory of an advanced multi-level, evolutionary learning system and goes on to give practical case studies of the attempts to introduce such a system on the ground, with the varying degrees of take up and response. The final section focuses on the need for the integration of learning people and learning systems.
